Dreamt up by an ex-army Commando, Tom, our spiced rums and premium spirits are the perfect embodiment of a courageous life. With a cracking combo of British strawberries and raspberries in the mix, this is sure to be smashing in all kinds of summery cocktails. To create it, a range of spices is infused as well as butterscotch, making for a warming, sweet and spicy spirit. Before it's bottled the rum is rested in oak, mellowing the spirit and adding some mature, woody notes.
Pull The Pin Spiced Rum is a smooth rum made from a unique blend of whole and ground spices, with a warm depth of flavour and tones of butterscotch. The name "Pull The Pin" is indicative of the distillery's ethos — to break away from convention and unleash new possibilities. A particularly zesty flavoured rum from the Pull The Pin range, featuring the lip-smacking combo of passion fruit and pineapple.
This is a 50ml miniature bottle, so you can get a tangy taste of it before you pick up a full bottle to mix up some fantastic cocktails with. At just 20% ABV, this is more than approachable enough to sip neat, though we reckon a splash of cola wouldn't go amiss. To get the most out of it, try sipping it over ice with a ribbon of orange peel and crystallised ginger.
